CreatorRecon is a free web-based tool that retrieves and displays publicly available YouTube channel analytics using the YouTube Data API v3. The Service provides estimated insights including revenue projections, engagement analysis, and growth metrics.
3. Accuracy of Information
All revenue estimates, growth projections, and engagement scores provided by CreatorRecon are estimates based on industry benchmarks and publicly available data. They are not actual earnings figures. CreatorRecon makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimates or projections.
4. YouTube API Compliance
CreatorRecon uses the YouTube Data API v3 in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). CreatorRecon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
5. Permitted Use
You may use CreatorRecon for personal, educational, or commercial research purposes. You may not use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect YouTube data, or to violate any applicable laws or YouTube's Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The CreatorRecon name, logo, and interface design are the property of CreatorRecon. The underlying YouTube data is owned by YouTube and its respective creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
CreatorRecon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our estimates.
8. Advertising
CreatorRecon displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free service. By using CreatorRecon, you agree to the display of these advertisements.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
